“Can I help you?”
“Are you looking for anything in particular?” —
“Let me know if you need any help!” —
“Welcome in! Let me know if you have any questions.” —
“Feel free to look around.” —

I'm just browsing, thanks.”
“I'm just browsing, thanks.” —
“Just looking, thank you!”
“Just having a look, thanks!” —
“I'll let you know if I need anything.” —
“I'm looking for a men's waterproof jacket, size large.” —
“Do you have any wireless headphones?” —
“I'm interested in your organic skincare products. Could you show me some?”
“Do you sell running shoes here?”
“Could you recommend something suitable for sensitive skin?” —

需要注意的是,“I'm just browsing.” “Just browsing, thanks!” 也可以加一句“Thank you for asking.”
(Staff): Good afternoon! Can I help you with anything today?
0:00/0:00
顾客(Customer): Hi! Yes, actually. I'm looking for a pair of running shoes. My friend recommended your store.

Staff: Great choice! We have a wide selection. Are you looking for anything specific, like road running or trail running?

Customer: Road running, mostly. What do you recommend for beginners?
0:00/0:00
Staff: These ones are very popular for beginners — good cushioning and support. They're 399 yuan.
0:00/0:00
Customer: They look nice! Do you have them in a size 40? And do you have blue?
0:00/0:00
Staff: Let me check. We have 40 in grey and white, but the blue is currently out of stock. I can check if our other branch has it.
0:00/0:00
Customer: No, that's okay. I'll try the grey ones. Could I try them on?
0:00/0:00
Staff: Of course! Here you go.
0:00/0:00
Customer(试穿后): These feel great! I'll take them. Can I pay by card?
0:00/0:00
Staff: Absolutely. And would you like a bag?
0:00/0:00
Customer: Yes, please. Also, what's your exchange policy if they don't work out for me?
0:00/0:00
Staff: You can exchange within 30 days with the receipt, as long as they're unworn.

“I'll take it.” / “I'll take these.”
“Can I pay by card/cash/mobile?” —
“Do you take credit cards/Alipay/WeChat Pay?” —
“Could I have a receipt, please?” —
“Can I split the bill?” —
“Is there a membership discount?” —
“Do you have loyalty points?” —

“Can I exchange this if it doesn't fit?” —
“What's your return policy?” —
“How long do I have to return or exchange it?”
“Is there a restocking fee?” —
“I'd like to return this, please. I have the receipt.” —
“I’d like to exchange this for a different size/color.” —
“Do I need the original packaging to return this?”
“Will the refund be back to my card?” —
“Can I try it at home and return it if it doesn’t fit?” —
A“No.”
A. Do you have a big one?
B. This is too small. I want a larger.
C. Do you have this in a larger size?
D. Give me a bigger, please.
答案:C — Do you have this in a larger size?
“Do you have this in a larger size?” B“I want a larger”后面缺少名词(larger size 或 larger one),句子不完整。 类似的表达还有“Do you have this in a medium/large/XL?”——直接说码数更清晰。
A. Can I return this if I change my mind?
B. What is your return policy?
C. How do I give this back?
“What's your return policy?” “Can I return this if I change my mind?” C“How do I give this back?”
Excuse me, I think there might be a mistake with the price. The shelf price showed 98 yuan, but it's showing 108 here.
Oh, let me check that for you. Could you tell me which shelf you picked it from?
It was in aisle 5, next to the coffee section. I'm pretty sure it said 98.
You're right, I'm sorry about that. I'll update the price to 98 yuan.
Thank you! I appreciate you checking.
要点: 发现价格问题时,“I think there might be a mistake”(我觉得可能有问题)比“This is wrong!”
